Education and Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields, coupled with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or event production.
  • Expertise in sales communication, including email and phone outreach, CRM mastery, and client retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, paired with a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in developing B2B partnerships with major corporations.
  • Experience within the live events or marketing sector, showcasing a history of exceptional performance and growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Business Development Manager, you will:
