CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required Qualifications:
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields, coupled with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or event production.
- Expertise in sales communication, including email and phone outreach, CRM mastery, and client retention strategies.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, paired with a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in developing B2B partnerships with major corporations.
- Experience within the live events or marketing sector, showcasing a history of exceptional performance and growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
As Business Development Manager, you will:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and develop relationships with prospective clients, driving new business opportunities.
- Foster and maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients, delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful proposals and strategies that secure high-value contracts.
- Lead the strategic account planning process, aligning sales goals with market trends and client needs.
- Manage all aspects of CRM operations, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales performance metrics.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns in partnership with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Evaluate industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities to position Magniiva as a market leader.
- Represent Magniiva at trade shows, conferences, and networking events, showcasing our innovative solutions and forging valuable connections.
- Champion exemplary customer service throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to post-event follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership, contributing to the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
