Are you a passionate and forward-thinking female leader who thrives on innovation, strategy, and execution? At de’Dine, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the Outdoor Food Court experience across the state — and we’re looking for a Business Development Officer who’s ready to lead that charge.
In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with our visionary leadership and creative brand teams to conceptualize, design, and launch impactful Outdoor Food Court destinations. You will play a critical role in driving growth, curating high-quality F&B brands, and building strategic alliances that fuel expansion and customer engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your Core Responsibilities
- Brand Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, negotiate, and onboard standout F&B brands that align with de’Dine’s premium vision.
- Partnership Building: Forge long-lasting, value-driven relationships with clients, vendors, mall developers, and other stakeholders.
- Sales & Marketing Oversight: Design and implement dynamic promotional campaigns to build hype, increase footfalls, and drive consistent revenue.
- Innovation & Execution: Bring bold ideas to life with end-to-end project management, ensuring every space reflects de’Dine’s elevated brand experience
- Lead Development Strategy: Strategically identify high-potential F&B brands and contribute to shaping de’Dine’s expansion roadmap for Outdoor Food Courts across prime markets.
WHO YOU ARE
- A seasoned business development professional with 2+ years of proven experience in brand acquisition, leasing, or space selling within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry (with an associate degree).
- A strategic dealmaker with a strong network of F&B brands and the ability to source, evaluate, and onboard the right mix of partners that align with de’Dine’s premium food court vision.
- An excellent communicator and negotiator, capable of closing high-value deals, building long-term partnerships, and confidently presenting business proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- A commercially savvy operator who understands market dynamics, location profiling, brand positioning, and revenue potential to maximize occupancy and footfall.
- A hands-on executor proficient in using tools like CRM platforms, leasing management software, and digital tools such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Canva for effective pipeline tracking and presentations.
- A relationship-driven leader with a customer-first attitude and the ability to curate and maintain a diverse, high-quality tenant mix that enhances the de’Dine brand experience.
- An agile thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by performance, innovation, and results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in the events industry with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Demonstrated ability to craft strategies for medium to large-scale businesses.
